Yes, the rollback is indeed a big problem but you can sometimes avoid it.
If you start lagging hugely and you know everybody does.
Log out and if you want then log in again, your character is then saved and you won't have a rollback.

Also the server gets a new computer wich is way faster so the server will fall out less then probably.
